• Customer service focus in a studio environment
• Greet customers and assist with appointments and transactions
• Guide piercing and non-piercing jewelry selections and explain care
• Promote Rowan’s products and maintain product knowledge
• Keep studio clean, organized, and stocked; follow health and safety rules
• Collaborate with Studio Manager and Studio Nurse Piercers to deliver seamless service
