📋 Description

• Sell HVAC parts, equipment, and supplies through phone and counter sales.
• Research customer needs, prepare quotes and proposals, and convert quotes to orders using Great
• Serve as primary contact for customers, gather information for parts/bid requests, and provide
• Manage customer orders from quote through delivery, including order entry, expediting, invoicing
• Promote product offerings, pricing programs, and current promotions to customers.
• Coordinate parts returns, warranty claims, and customer parts stocking programs.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of parts counter sales or equivalent sales experience
• Associates Degree in Business or related field preferred
• Computer skills essential; HVAC Parts background preferred
• HVAC, Mechanical Contracting, Engineering or Construction industry experience a plus
