Payroll Specialist

📋 Description

• Deliver accurate, timely payroll across NAM/EMEA
• Hybrid role based in NY or Chicago, in-office 3 days/week
• Partner with HR, Finance, Benefits, and vendors

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years payroll processing, multi-country preferred
• Experience with multi-state US payroll
• Working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now; Dayforce Powerpay, Zedra, or DATEV is a plus
• Strong payroll compliance, reconciliation, and Excel skills
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate with HR, Finance, Benefits, and external vendors
