Regional People Lead, EMEA

📋 Description

• Senior People Partner for EMEA; advise org design, performance, team health, growth.
• Lead engagement, inclusion, and talent planning with TA across region.
• Translate global OKRs/TMR programs into regional plans.
• Own complex employee relations, investigations, performance and settlements.
• Use data and insights to spot health trends and act.

🎯 Requirements

• HR/People ops experience across multi-country EMEA.
• Hands-on PEO/EOR management (e.g., Globalization Partners).
• Strong knowledge of EU employment practices, UK/Germany law.
• Hybrid of strategic advising and hands-on execution.
• Experience scaling People ops in fast-growing, distributed env.
• Fluency with People/HRIS systems; maintain data accuracy.
