📋 Description

• Lead strategic HR transformation for Flexport's fulfillment network.
• Partner with Operations to transition from contingent to full-time workforce.
• Build HR capabilities across multiple states and fulfillment centers.
• Address multi-state compliance, talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR programs.

🎯 Requirements

• HR leadership in multi-site, large-scale operations (fulfillment/logistics/manufacturing).
• Deep workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee relations for large non-exempt workforces.
• Experience expanding HR capabilities to new regions or rapidly growing orgs.
• Strong knowledge of US labor laws, claim management, and multi-state compliance (NJ, WI, TX, GA
• 12+ years HR experience with at least 5 in leadership.
• Compliance-first mindset for regulatory environments.
