📋 Description
- Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for efficient new market penetration
- Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets
- Go in the field 4 - 5 days/week to lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers
- Design strategies to better support and engage referral partners across channels
- Deepen Charlie Health’s penetration across existing partnerships
- Attend and lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events
🎯 Requirements
- Must be based in Lackawanna County, PA
- Must be fluent in English
- 1-4 years proven sales experience - owning KPIs a plus
- Experience with healthcare organizations a plus
- Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Energetic, persuasive with senior professionals
