Digital Solutions Integration Specialist

📋 Description

• Onboard customers to Intuitive Hub and MyIntuitive+ services
• Provide workflow analysis, customization, and optimization
• Train and support clinical and OR staff and users
• Lead customer meetings, product demos, and trainings (remote/on-site)
• Support sales/marketing with customer presentations and events
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and drive adoption

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; engineering/medical background preferred
• 2+ years in procedural/OR healthcare software
• 2+ years in clinical project integrations
• EMR/PACS knowledge is a plus
• Experience training clinical/OR staff
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills
