Lead - Product Adoption (US Shift)

📋 Description

• Lead a team of Adoption Specialists to drive product adoption, retention, and reduce churn for
• Own adoption strategy, execution, and results across onboarding, feature enablement, and churn
• Collaborate with CS leaders, Adoption Program Managers, Product, Marketing, and Operations to scale
• Set priorities, unblock blockers, and ensure high-impact work with measurable outcomes.
• Act as primary escalation point between Adoption team and cross-functional partners.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in customer success/adoption/lifecycle marketing (B2B SaaS) required.
• 2+ years leading a team of adoption/CS/lifecycle specialists.
• Proven track record supporting adoption programs for scaled or digital customer segments.
• Strong analytical instincts; able to define KPIs, track progress, and iterate from data.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, CS, and Operations.
