• Act as local market lead; build relationships with hotels/venues/vendors.
• Generate/qualify new business via referrals and outreach.
• Conduct site inspections, sales presentations, capability briefings.
• Collaborate with creative/event teams; develop on-brand proposals.
• Own KPIs: sales conversion, market share, referrals.
• Partner with national sales and local event teams for great client experiences.
