📋 Description

• Own full employee lifecycle and strategic HR for Uruguay operations
• Partner with business leaders on talent strategy and org design
• Advise on leadership development, succession, retention
• Design culture initiatives to reinforce Blend values
• Lead engagement, performance and development conversations
• Provide counsel on complex interpersonal and org challenges

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years HR business partnership or HR generalist experience
• Bachelor’s in HR, Business Admin or related field
• Knowledge of employment law, benefits, payroll
• Experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred)
• Proven ability to build trust with senior leaders
• English fluency; additional languages valued
