- Develop GTM strategy for new market entry
- Build and manage referral source relationships
- Travel 4-5 days/week for meetings with patients, parents, and providers
- Engage partners across channels to support referrals
- Expand partnerships and represent Charlie Health publicly
- Gather market feedback to inform marketing/product decisions
🎯 Requirements
- Based in Angola, IN
- Fluent in English
- 1-4 years in sales; KPI-driven
- Experience with healthcare orgs a plus
- Travel locally with valid license; 4-5 days/week
- Strong interpersonal, consultative skills
