📋 Description

• Surgeons use our robotic device to enhance precision; CSR focuses on maximizing da Vinci
• Partner with Clinical Sales Manager to develop sales strategy for robot utilization.
• Mentor surgical teams through training, OR integration and da Vinci Surgery applications.
• Be a da Vinci Surgery resource across all primary surgical specialties.
• Support regional Sales and Marketing events to drive system awareness and adoption.
• Develop a plan for each team to use the system unsupervised.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience including 2+ years in healthcare sales
• Ability to travel up to 25%, and work nights and weekends as needed
• Knowledge of OR environment preferred
• Proven track record of success and strong work ethic
• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills
