Job Description
📋 Description
- Lead the strategic HR transformation across Flexport's fulfillment network.
- Partner with Operations leadership to transition from contingent to full-time workforce.
- Build HR capabilities across multiple states (NJ, WI, TX, GA, CA) and fulfill alignment with Omni
- Drive compliance, talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR program implementation at scale.
- Foster a high-performance culture aligned with Flexport’s mission and values.
🎯 Requirements
- Proven experience leading HR in multi-site, large-scale operations
- Deep expertise in workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee relations for large
- Track record of building and scaling HR capabilities in new regions or rapidly expanding orgs.
- Strong knowledge of US labor laws, multi-state compliance (NJ, WI, TX, GA, CA) and claims
- 12+ years progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Compliance-first mindset to operate in a heavily regulated industry.
