Cultivation Associate

📋 Description

• Cross-trained to support the full plant life cycle from clone to harvest.
• Perform daily plant care including cutting, rooting, transplanting, watering, feeding, trimming
• Monitor humidity, moisture and temperature to maintain ideal growing conditions.
• Assist with harvest activities and document inventory in the electronic tracking system.
• Support curing, labeling and inventory data entry; ensure clean, sanitized cultivation areas.
• Adhere to state regulations and security procedures for plant labeling and inventory.
