🎯 Requirements
- Relevant health-related degree preferred
- 1 year clinically related experience, 6 months in monitoring trials
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements, ICH/GCP, and SOPs
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and planning skills
- Ability to mentor others and leverage tech for site support
- Excellent communication and relationship-building with sites
