📋 Description

• Counsels customers on job search strategies, career advisement, and training needs.
• Monitors participation and documents progress with case notes.
• Manages daily relationships with customers and addresses concerns with action plans.
• Maintains knowledge of occupations and career paths for placement and services.
• Provides motivational support and facilitates workshops or training.
• Documents resume critiques and eligibility information accurately.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, marketing, business, or HR with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in career counseling in high-volume settings; alternative ED/experience acceptable.
• Strong communication, organization, computer, and publishing skills.
• Ability to motivate, present workshops, and work with clients facing barriers to employment.
• Knowledge of job search strategies, resources, and action plans; capable of following instructions.
• Team player, adaptable, deadline-driven, and able to work under pressure.
