📋 Description
- Hybrid role in Menlo Park, Dublin, or Bellevue with 3 days in-office
- Bridge People Operations stakeholders with HR systems like ServiceNow HRSD and Ashby
- Lead discovery, requirements, testing, and hypercare for system projects
- Administer and support HR systems day-to-day; manage issues and enhancements
- Improve processes using AI tools and maintain data governance
🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years as a business systems analyst in HR tech
- Experience with HR system implementations in a global environment
- Lead UAT and regression testing; plan cutovers and go-live support
- Strong communication; translate business needs to technical specs
- Ability to manage multiple projects with evolving priorities
- Experience with ServiceNow HRSD, Ashby or similar ATS, Workday HCM is a plus
