📋 Description
- Lead CDSO Study Team and align with program/study strategies.
- Coordinate CDSO study teams to meet objectives; engage cross-functional teams.
- Utilize operational analytics and project management tools to optimize execution.
- Ensure adherence to GCPs, ICH guidelines, AbbVie SOPs, and local regs.
- Coach Data Science Associates; may supervise contract resources.
- Participate in CDSO/ cross-functional process improvement initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s in business, MIS, CS, life sciences; Master’s preferred. PMP or Lean Six Sigma Green
- 3+ years pharma/clinical research/data management or 5+ years PM experience.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial process and ability to influence without authority.
- Strong communication and analytical skills with leadership ability.
