• Own end-to-end strategy and execution for global TS enablement programs across regions and
• Lead cross-functional stakeholder relationships with senior partners and drive accountability.
• Translate business goals into multi-quarter program roadmaps; communicate priorities clearly.
• Design metrics frameworks; analyze Salesforce/LMS data to track KPIs and impact.
• Create executive-ready materials with structured narratives and recommendations.
• Conduct needs assessments and synthesize feedback to inform program strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 6–8 years of related experience (Master’s with 4+ years acceptable).
• Proven track record leading complex, multi-quarter programs with high visibility.
• Strong stakeholder management across functions; influence without authority.
• Data-driven with ability to build reports in Salesforce and LMS to tie enablement to KPIs.
• Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences; strong point of view.
• Expert in change management (PROSCI/ADKAR) and driving adoption at scale.
