• Lead end-to-end PeopleOps processes and manage Brazil operations
• Mentor a local People Ops team in Brazil

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced People Operations leader with payroll, benefits, and lifecycle management
• Fluent English; strong stakeholder communication
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin or related field
• Hands-on with payroll systems (e.g., ADP), time management (Ahgora), and Workday
• Deep knowledge of Brazilian labor legislation and compliance standards
• Willingness to work in a hybrid São Paulo setting
