• Strong partner and communicator; credible with managers and candidates.
• Adaptive approach tailoring to stakeholders and role types; minimal playbook needed.
• Experience using AI, automation, and modern recruiting tools to streamline workflows and improve
• Data-driven: monitor pipeline health, conversion, speed, and candidate quality; adjust approaches
