Sales Advisor

We’re a UK cleaning company providing Residential and End of Tenancy services. We’re hiring a Sales Advisor to convert leads and support client success remotely.

The Role:
You’ll manage warm leads, recommend services, and secure bookings while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Convert warm leads into confirmed bookings.

• Recommend appropriate cleaning services.

• Maintain accurate CRM records.

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in direct sales, telesales, or business development.

• Clear and professional communication in English, both written and verbal.

• Able to manage tasks independently in a remote setting.

• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

• Maintains resilience under pressure, handling rejection calmly.

• Track record of success in phone-based sales and meeting targets.

• Confident with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Experienced with CRM systems for managing leads and client data.

• Skilled in negotiation and resolving customer issues effectively.

• Own reliable laptop/desktop.
