Public Safety Solutions Engineer

📋 Description

• Support sales opportunities by being a product expert and demonstrating solution capabilities
• Understand Criminal Justice Process workflow as it pertains to digital evidence
• Interview and engage a variety of user work groups within Public Safety agencies
• Construct needs analysis with Account Executive to ensure alignment
• Collect feedback on solution requirements and interface with Product Management
• Assist in technical responses to RFPs and presentations

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Management Systems, or a related field
• 4+ years experience selling and/or sales engineering into Government verticals and/or Public
• Experience with government Purchasing personnel related to RFP/Bid responses and state/federal
• Proven consultative selling style with demo and presentation preparation
• Exceptional work ethic
• Strong technical knowledge
