📋 Description

• Lead strategic HR transformation across Flexport's fulfillment network.
• Partner with Operations leadership to shift from contingent to full-time workforce.
• Build HR capabilities across NJ, WI, TX, GA, CA and other locations.
• Drive multi-state compliance, talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR programs.
• Foster a high-performance culture aligned with Flexport’s mission.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years HR experience, 5+ in leadership roles.
• Experience in multi-site, large-scale operational contexts (fulfillment/logistics).
• Workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations for large non-exempt teams.
• Strong knowledge of US labor laws and multi-state compliance (NJ/WI/TX/GA/CA).
• Proven ability to scale HR for expanding organizations or new regions.
• Compliance-first mindset; able to navigate a heavily regulated industry.
