📋 Description

• Provide operations management and supervisory staff with support on employee relation concerns
• Act as employee relations contact for day-to-day matters
• Intermediary between Regional HR Director and operations
• Ensure Federal & State Wage and Hour Compliance
• Hands-on HR Manager for one or more units
• Recruit and post job openings for operations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, human resources, psychology or related field
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and oral communication
• Knowledge of federal and state labor laws and regulatory compliance
• Experience with HR data processing; proficiency with word processing and spreadsheets
• PHR or SPHR preferred
