📋 Description

• CTA is a 24+ month development role with the Detroit, MI team to gain knowledge across technical
• Supports sales reps with surgeon trainings, hospital robotic development, and territory management.
• Guides technical in-services for customers including OR staff and surgeons.
• Sells benefits of advanced technology to robotic users to help meet quotas.
• Builds experience in goal setting, mapping, and quota preparation for future roles.
• Manages administrative tasks: reporting, outcomes tracking, and expense submissions.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year leadership (military) or 1 year outside sales experience.
• Ability to travel up to 25%, and work nights/weekends as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proven record of success and strong work ethic.
• Ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills; team player.
