📋 Description

• Follow a written plan of care by a registered nurse; provide personal care and companionship
• Work one-on-one with clients; receive training and support from a dedicated team to ensure quality
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, toileting, meal prep, mobility, etc.)
• Travel to clients’ homes to deliver care and support in their familiar environment.
