• 7+ years HRBP experience supporting engineering/product functions
• Strong tech/SaaS acumen; experience with product/architecture topics
• Leadership coaching and executive relationship management
• Global/remote matrix experience across US, Europe, APAC
• Data-driven, metrics-minded with workforce planning skills
• Remote-ready with ability to influence across regions

🎁 Benefits

• Base pay range: $131,000 — $164,000 USD
