• Define the strategy, structure, and operating model for the global PBP and ER functions.
• Build high-performing PBP and ER teams through leadership, development, coaching, and selective
• Advise XLT members on enterprise-wide leadership, talent, and organizational decisions.
• Anticipate enterprise-wide organizational, workforce, and talent implications from business
• Partner with XLT on workforce strategy, deployment, and how technology and new operating models

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive People leadership in global technology organizations.
• Experience leading a global PBP organization and high-performing teams.
• Experience in Employee Relations, sensitive investigations, and executive-level decisions with
• Strong ability to partner with C-suite executives and maintain independent judgment.
• Expertise in organizational consulting, effectiveness, coaching, and strategic workforce planning.
• Business acumen, learning agility, and ability to quickly assess organizational needs.
