📋 Description

• Assists sales reps with surgeon trainings, hospital robotic development, and territory management
• Guides in-services for OR staff, surgeons, and customers on advanced technology
• Sells benefits of technology to robotic users to contribute to quotas
• Gains experience in goal setting, mapping, and preparing for quota-bearing roles
• Manages administrative tasks: sales reports, outcomes, and expense submissions

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1-year leadership (military) or 1 year outside sales experience
• Ability to travel up to 25%, and work nights/weekends as needed
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Proven record of success, ambition, and strong work ethic
• Ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills
