📋 Description
- Assists sales reps with surgeon trainings, hospital robotic development, and territory management
- Guides in-services for OR staff, surgeons, and customers on advanced technology
- Sells benefits of technology to robotic users to contribute to quotas
- Gains experience in goal setting, mapping, and preparing for quota-bearing roles
- Manages administrative tasks: sales reports, outcomes, and expense submissions
🎯 Requirements
- Minimum 1-year leadership (military) or 1 year outside sales experience
- Ability to travel up to 25%, and work nights/weekends as needed
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Proven record of success, ambition, and strong work ethic
- Ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills
