Press Helper - 2nd Shift

📋 Description

• Operate web presses per operator directions
• Assist during breaks, lunches, PTO
• Ensure printing materials are accurate and ready
• Coordinate with internal teams for ink, plate, paper, tape
• Maintain press cleanliness and operation
• Support press operator to meet specs

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years press/production experience
• Ability to identify colors and defects
• Strong work ethic and teamwork
• Proven waste reduction and profit improvement
