📋 Description

• Build and grow the office caseload through relationship development and service excellence.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, referral sources, and nurses.
• Serve as a connector between client needs and nurse staffing needs.
• Respond to client complaints with empathy, professionalism, urgency, and follow-through.
• Support nurses through communication, problem-solving, and administrative guidance.
• Conduct desk-based marketing outreach and occasional in-person visits to referral offices.
