📋 Description

• Provide day-to-day legal guidance to business teams
• Lead commercial contracting, IP, employment, and insurance matters
• Develop processes to improve efficiency of the legal team
• Ensure compliance with federal/state laws and contracts
• Support M&A due diligence and integration efforts

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in corporate law or in a law firm
• Licensed to practice law in Illinois
• J.D. from accredited law school
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial & data licensing
• Ability manage multiple complex projects autonomously
• Strong written and oral communication
