• Partner with Technical Success leadership to manage ops cadence
• Support resource mgmt and capacity planning
• Coordinate MBRs, QBRs, and AOP for Technical Success
• Build and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and reports
• Identify AI and automation use cases to scale ops

🎯 Requirements

• Curious about AI; strong history of tech adoption
• 3–5 years in Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, or related role
• Experience in planning, reporting, KPI management, and ops analysis
• Experience enabling cross-functional or customer-facing processes
• Proven ability to lead projects from planning to execution
