📋 Description

• Lead sales and service strategy in-store to deliver exceptional guest experience.
• Oversee floor and back-of-house ops, ensuring a clean, safe, inviting store.
• Be a People Leader, coaching team members and building client relations.
• Collaborate with GM to execute store priorities and budget plans.
• Ensure scheduling supports business needs and brand culture.
• Represent the store in cross-functional meetings and with partners.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to lift, push, carry, and stand for long periods; up to 50 pounds.
• Agile, able to multitask in a changing environment.
