Legal Manager

📋 Description

• Lead strategy for legal and regulatory compliance in Chile.
• Anticipate regulatory developments (Fintech, Open Finance, data protection, cybersecurity, AI) and
• Partner with business, product, technology, and operations on new products and initiatives.
• Represent Experian with CMF, authorities, and industry stakeholders.
• Oversee local governance: contracts, corporate matters, litigation, regulatory investigations
• Drive risk reduction, faster strategic execution and regulatory opportunities aligned with company

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed attorney with strong corporate/regulatory/financial law background.
• Minimum 10 years in legal roles with growth in multinational, financial services, tech, or highly
• Ability to interpret regulatory changes and translate into business impacts and recommendations.
• Experience negotiating and managing complex commercial contracts and regulatory matters.
• Stakeholder management, executive communication, and representation before authorities and
• Advanced English, written and spoken.
