📋 Description

• Drive planning readiness, identify planning gaps, and improve cross-functional alignment before
• Partner with Product and Engineering to improve roadmap execution, visibility, accountability, and
• Facilitate cross-team planning, dependency management, and coordination to reduce risk and improve
• Lead complex cross-functional initiatives from planning to delivery to improve alignment and reduce
• Continuous improvement of Product Development operating rhythms, frameworks, processes, and ways of
• Adopt operational best practices to improve planning effectiveness and organizational alignment.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Product Operations, Technical Program Management, Product Management, Engineering, or
• Experience supporting annual/quarterly roadmap planning at scale across product/engineering with
• Proven success delivering complex initiatives across multiple teams.
• Experience designing/scaling operational processes and frameworks.
• Technical fluency with tools like Linear, Jira, and analytics platforms.
• Working knowledge of modern software dev practices and lifecycles.
