📋 Description

• Remote U.S.-based role with preference for ET/CST time zones.
• Lead legal counsel activities for customers and internal teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctorate from ABA-accredited school; licensed in at least one state.
• 15+ years legal experience; 10+ in-house.
• Experience negotiating and drafting service, license, and various agreements.
• Experience supporting operations outside the United States.
