• Own lifecycle for Pacaso owners in a defined region
• Drive satisfaction, engagement, retention, and value realization
• Be the relationship-driven contact from onboarding to resale advisory

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in luxury hospitality, premium client services
• Lives within driving distance of Park City
• Experience managing high-value client relationships
• Strong consultative, retention, and conflict-resolution skills
• Knowledge of real estate pricing dynamics and transactions
• Comfort discussing calendar usage and ownership transitions
