Service Supervisor

📋 Description

• Oversee setup, execution, and breakdown of programs per the Program Execution Order
• Supervise service team, utilities, maintenance, and security
• Coordinate culinary service between culinary and service teams
• Maintain inventory accuracy and safety compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a conference center or related field
• Previous supervisory responsibility preferred
• Strong knowledge of service standards and service types
• Knowledge of food/beverage prep, health regulations, liquor laws
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and move objects as needed
