HR Partner - Reward & Benefit

📋 Description

• Role supporting SGS Malaysia compensation, benefits, rewards, and wellbeing initiatives
• Partner with business leaders, HR, and vendors to keep programs competitive and compliant
• Provide expertise in compensation benchmarking, salary reviews, incentives, and analytics
• Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and SGS policies
• Support expatriate compensation and mobility activities as applicable
• Participate in HR transformation and process improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in HRM, Business Admin, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Accounting, or related
• Professional certification in Compensation & Benefits or related field is an advantage
• Minimum 5 years in HR, with 3+ years in Compensation/Benefits/Total Rewards or HRBP
• Experience with salary reviews, benefits administration, and market benchmarking
• Familiarity with Malaysian employment laws, taxation, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and benefits practices
• Experience in a multinational environment and with HRIS/analytics is a plus
