MS - EUS Apprentice/Intern (6 months)

📋 Description

• Provide first-level IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and connectivity issues
• Log, track, and resolve service requests in an ITSM tool
• Assist with end-user device setup, onboarding and maintenance
• Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and resolutions
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate support tier in a timely manner

🎯 Requirements

• Engineering Graduates in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field
• Basic understanding of Windows OS, MS Office, and networking fundamentals
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
• Willingness to learn and grow in an enterprise IT environment
• Willingness to work in a 24×7 rotational shift environment (including nights and weekends)
