📋 Description

• Partner with Sales and Marketing leaders to implement org design and effectiveness.
• Regional HR leader for APJ; own employee relations and day-to-day experience.
• Collaborate with Payroll and Finance for accurate payroll processing.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws across regions.
• Hands-on HR partnership with business-first approach.
• Support office engagement and people experience in Singapore.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of HR experience in fast-paced tech or SaaS.
• Strong experience partnering with Sales/Marketing leadership.
• Hands-on, pragmatic style with good judgment.
• Experience in employee relations and complex workplace situations.
• Solid knowledge of employment law and HR compliance (Singapore, Japan, Australia, China preferred).
• Familiar with HRIS and payroll systems; understands payroll controls.
