• We are Sofar Ocean, building sensors and software for ocean measurement. We seek a sourcing partner
• You’ll partner with the People Team and hiring managers to understand needs and source candidates

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 6+ years in technical sourcing or recruiting (startup/fast-paced preferred).
• Tech-Savvy: Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and the tech landscape; experience
• Communication: Proactive outreach and relationship-building with candidates.
• Results-Driven: Comfortable with metrics, sourcing goals, Boolean search, ATS tools (Ashby), and
• Adaptable: Comfortable with change, autonomous, and seeks ways to improve sourcing approaches.
• Mission-Aligned: Passionate about Sofar Ocean’s mission to connect the world’s oceans.
