- 10+ years building and scaling global People/HR programs.
- Experience leading complex programs in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Strong systems-thinking capabilities across people, processes, tech, and policies.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving with data-informed insights.
- High agency with bias toward action and risk awareness.
