📋 Description
- Execute sourcing strategies focused on passive candidates
- Collaborate with on-site Recruitment Relationship Manager and client TA
- Recommend enhancements to improve recruitment strategy effectiveness
- Drive best practice sourcing strategies and act as AGS brand ambassador
🎯 Requirements
- 3-5 years of specialist recruitment experience in given industry/function
- Proven ability to creatively source via job boards, associations, referral programs, social media
- Advanced knowledge of diversity sourcing within searches
- Industry knowledge and ability to recruit across multiple functions/industries
- Strong tech knowledge: Boolean search logic, Outlook, Web, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Experience with AGS client sectors is advantageous
