📋 Description

• Lead client engagements from strategy through execution
• Develop and oversee advanced predictive/explanatory models
• Lead projects leveraging Generative AI and LLMs
• Manage stakeholders and guide multidisciplinary teams
• Represent Sia at events and contribute to thought leadership
• Support business development with proposals and client relationships

🎯 Requirements

• WO Master’s degree in Data Science, Econometrics, Applied Math, CS, Engineering, or related field
• 3-6 years of relevant experience or equivalent research
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to synthesize insights
• Fast learner with excellent communication and adaptability
• Fluent in English and Dutch; French a plus
• Interest in Data Science, Generative AI; sector experience in Energy/Finance
