• Remote role assisting Legion’s recruiting for leadership and GTM roles
• Blend proactive sourcing with recruiting coordination for a 3-month contract
• Support active searches, keep Greenhouse clean and current
• Provide candidate experience from outreach to offer

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in recruiting coordination, sourcing, or hybrid recruiting ops
• Hands-on ATS experience (Greenhouse strongly preferred)
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools
• Excellent written communication and scheduling/organizational skills
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple open requisitions, and meet deadlines
• Comfortable with ambiguity and short-term engagement ramp-up
