• Provide excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store
• Actively sell products and support customers with information and guidance
• Maintain garment refill, care, presentation and keep sales floor and back of house tidy
• Collaborate with store team to deliver an excellent customer experience
• Contribute to omni experiences where available and promote store initiatives
• Represent the H&M brand positively in all interactions

🎯 Requirements

• Passionate about fashion and in-store creation
• Strong communication, creativity, curiosity, motivation and teamwork
• Experience in sales or customer service in fashion/retail
• Able to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment
• Ability to guide customers through fashion trends, stories, and products
• Positive, proactive attitude toward sales targets and customer experience
