Sr Specialist, IT Tech Lead Planning

📋 Description

• Own and manage supply chain planning and reporting apps, ensuring compliance and regulatory
• Gather, analyze, document requirements; translate into scalable specs and designs.
• Configure and support planning apps, esp. Kinaxis Rapid Response, with integrations and deployments.
• Lead system testing activities, including test scripts and UAT scenarios.
• Maintain validated state with documentation, controls, and compliance records.
• Oversee upgrades, patches, maintenance, and issue resolution with vendors.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, or related technical field.
• 2+ years building worksheets/dashboards/alerts with Kinaxis Rapid Response.
• Strong Kinaxis data-modeling knowledge (tables, linkages, configuration).
• Solid SQL and data integration concepts (APIs, ETL).
• Experience with Java, .NET, and scripting for troubleshooting.
• Experience in regulated environments with CSV and GxP knowledge.
